Ulrike Ostler has an university degree in philosophy and history and also studied ICT economics. She started her carrier as an IT-Journalist in 1993 at the IDG-publication „Computerwoche“. For more than 10 years she now works for Vogel IT-Medien Verlag, currently as the Editor in Chief of DataCenter-Insider. DataCenter-Insider is one of seven enduser websites of the publishing house. DataCenter-Insider addresses professionals in charge of data centers or any other relevant area and covers server based computing, virtualization and the energy efficiency of computer centers.
