Rich is the CentOS Community Manager at Red Hat. He's been doing open source stuff since we started calling it that, back in the 90s. He's on the board of directors of the Apache Software Foundation. He's also worked on other projects, such as Perl, Wordpress, OpenStack, and PHP - mostly in the documentation and community management realm.
