Ronen Kofman is VP of Product Management at Mirantis responsible for product strategy focusing on creating a pure play, enterprise grade solution for customers. Ronen works closely with industry leading technology companies to help make OpenStack the solution of choice for private and public clouds.

Prior to Mirantis Ronen was Director of Product Development for Oracle OpenStack. Ronen initiated, built and led Oracle's OpenStack efforts in the Linux space building the first OpenStack product from Oracle. Before OpenStack Ronen led product management for Oracle's next generation server virtualization platform from inception to large scale adoption. Earlier in his career Ronen held various product and engineering management positions at Vmware and Intel focusing on virtualization and management software.

Ronen holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in computer and software engineering (cum laude) from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
