In regard to the OpenStack global market, China comes No. 2 after the US.  In the past 3 years, OpenStack has become a mature and commercialized open-source project, which earns a big amount of market share in both public and private cloud in China. There are OpenStack huge user base and business opportunities, however,  few international OpenStack vendors have figured out a good China strategy, leaving a large part of market to domestic vendors, while still lots of enterprise users can't find an appropriate vendor support, so some of them have no choice but to do OpenStack by themselves.
This topic covers the analysis of the three industries,  Internet & Online Industry, Internet/DC Service Providers and Financial Institution,  which have strongest needs for OpenStack, including the requirements and motivations of the enterprise in the three industries.  For instance, it illustrates what kind of needs is already delivered by the OpenStack Community, what kind of needs should be delivered if vendors customize their products. What’s more, In China, government policies is a puzzling topic. On one hand, the government encourages the development of cloud computing, on the other hand, some information control policies make it difficult for OpenStack cloud services to land in China.
