There are OpenStack huge user base and business opportunities, however, few international OpenStack vendors have figured out a good China strategy, leaving a large part of market to domestic vendors, while still lots of enterprise users can't find an appropriate vendor support, so some of them have no choice but to do OpenStack by themselves.
