IBM and OpenStack have partnered for some time now to build the basic blocks of cloud. Even as we continue to build the pieces that are essential to strengthening clouds with flexibility, security & extensibility, we are witnessing a transformation in the marketplace toward hybrid cloud: a direct result of our labor. Ongoing activities in the community will help solidify OpenStack's position as the go-to open technology for enterprise-grade hybrid: an improved ability to migrate & replicate volumes in Cinder, robust federated identity support in Keystone with single sign-on in Horizon, and an even more extensible Horizon dashboard based upon AngularJS. IBM understands the value & transformative power that open communities have on the marketplace: we're proud to be working with OpenStack in these areas and others to bring a technology renaissance, based on innovative cloud technologies, to the world. Join Dr. Angel Diaz, IBM VP of Cloud Architecture & Technology and Moe Abdula, IBM VP of Cloud Foundation Services Product Management to learn how, with its open cloud architecture as a guide, IBM is bringing this innovation to clients & how open communities like OpenStack are transforming the way IBM is making hybrid cloud real.
